Delivery Options
Delivery of our wine gifts in the UK is by Royal Mail / Parcel Force with prices starting from £4.50. Depending on the number of items you order to a single address there are two options for delivery:
- Standard Parcel delivery – For non urgent items delivery is three to five working days from despatch*, however most Standard Parcels are delivered by the third working day after posting, including Saturdays. This service is not guaranteed.
- Specific Day Delivery – If you require items on a specific day then you must choose this option. It includes a ‘Track and Trace’ facility for piece of mind. This service is guaranteed.
*When we have produced and despatched your gift (within 2 working days, Monday – Friday) we shall inform you by email. If you have chosen ‘Specific Day Delivery’ then we shall quote the tracking code and link to the tracking page, where you will be able to see when the item has arrived. Please note that your parcel may not have been received by your intended recipient. To avoid disappointment on the day, be sure that someone is present at the address you give, or a card shall be left for collection at the local postal/sorting office. Please note the attempted delivery shall constitute delivery for purposes of a guarantee.
Other Info
The charge for delivery of original paintings and prints is included in the price of the item. The artwork is packaged and distributed by the artist usually by 1st Class post.
Standard deliveries are Monday to Friday of any week excluding any public or bank holidays in any part of the UK mainland. We do not offer guaranteed delivery or deliver on Sundays, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day. Saturday Guaranteed delivery is available for an additional fee. If a preferred delivery date is specified, we shall send goods the preceding day by Royal Mail guaranteed next day special delivery. If the recipient is not available to accept delivery, we cannot give assurance that the recipient shall receive your order on the day specified. If we are unable to deliver your order or there will be a delay we will contact you to let you know. If this is not acceptable then your order will be cancelled.
Rest of the World – Due to regulations governing import of alcohol in certain countries, we provide an overseas delivery service on written request only.
