How long before I receive my wine gift?

Ans; Once we receive the order it takes 48 hours to process and produce your wine gift. Depending on the delivery option you have chosen it will take 1 to 5 days to be delivered from despatch. So for example, if you order on a Friday or Weekend, your order will not be despatched until the following Tuesday and therefore if you have chosen ‘Specific Day’ (Special next day delivery) it will arrive on Wednesday.  If you have chosen ‘Standard’ (3 to 5 day delivery) at best it will arrive on Friday, though could be the following Monday or Tuesday.

How long before I receive my artwork?

Original paintings or prints are packaged and distributed by the artist themselves. The item/s are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post and therefore should be received by the 3 working day after order.

What if I’m not in to receive the package?

Ans; Orders are normally sent by Royal Mail and need to be signed for. If you are not in, the postman will leave a card (including a consignment number) which you will need to take to the address on the card to collect the package.

Can I have my wine gift delivered on a specific day?

Ans; Yes if you choose ‘Specific Day’ Delivery we guarantee delivery on the day.  If it is going directly to the person celebrating, we will delay sending it until the day before the date specified, as our delivery service is guaranteed next day.

Does the Watermark appear on the label / print?

Ans; No the ‘Custom Wines’ watermark is only produced on web images to protect copyright.

Can I design my own wine label?

Ans; No the unique design of our labels is based on the feature of exclusive artwork; therefore our branded product cannot be sold without this identity. We can however, add logo or motifs within the text box and include a sentence within the script of the certificate to suit an occasion or promotion. Please email us with your request.

Can I view my wine label design?

Ans; Yes, although the digital view on our web site is not actual proof of design, we do use the same data entered on the site to create the label using our publishing software, so be careful with you spelling. Note that colour and font may vary and if we have made an editing mistake, we will send a replacement immediately.

Do you give a discount for multiple wine orders?

Ans; Yes, if you are ordering more than 6 bottles then automatic discounts apply on checkout. See our current Special Offers for discounted rates.

Can I order Champagne?

Ans; No as our product is delivered through the mail we do not offer champagne because it does not travel well. If you consider that it is to be delivered on the day of the occasion, it would need to be left at least 24 hours to settle, or your recipient would end up with most the contents on them.

Can I order over the telephone?

Ans; No sorry, we regret that we can not take orders over the phone as we need all the details to be type written to avoid errors.
